Heather is a creative business leader, who has worked across the creative continuum, from brand marketing and strategic consultancy to creative agency leadership, high-end production and emerging technology.
In 2020, Heather shifted from agency life to co-found lili Studios, where she and her partner flipped the narrative from technology driving creative, to bending tech in the service of creativity and business outcomes. lili Studios has since pioneered live streaming, immersive experiences and contextual commerce. Before lili, Heather was Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer of The Mill New York. She grew the studio to a staff of 320 and +$80 million in revenue. She also launched their Emerging Technology division, which grew to represent 30% of total revenue in less than two years, winning innovation, creative and production awards from the AICP, Cannes Lions, and SXSW in the process. Before The Mill, Heather was a founding Partner of StrawberryFrog, a global creative agency working with Blue Chip clients like Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, ASICs, Levi’s, PepsiCo and P&G.
