NIKHIL RAVICHANDAR

He has previously built and led behavioural science teams at large financial institutions (CommonwealthBank of Australia, ANZ), and is presently taking time to focus on being a new dad. He was also an Engagement Director at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics – an organization that applies cutting edge behavioural science in development programs in emerging markets. At Busara, Nikhil worked on complex financial inclusion projects in credit, savings, payments and insurance (Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, India).

Nikhil holds a Masters in Behavioural and Economic Science from Warwick University, and a Masters in Economics from the University College, London. In his free time, he is an avid poker player, putting his expertise in game theory and eye tracking to questionable use.
