Dubai-based Sugumaran currently serves as the Regional Director, Middle East & North Africa, for 'utu', a revolutionary new system that is changing the paradigm of duty-free shopping globally. He has also, for many years, represented Enterprise Singapore in the Middle East & North Africa region.
